Why Health and Nutrition food is essential ?

Healthy Food 

Grush and Bimbi his granny lived in the village pura. She was 69 years and was very healthy. She was very much active in agricultural work and always kept herself busy working in the field. Always she helping others in farming.

 

Grush was less interested in studies and somehow manage to complete his schooling. Thereafter he lost interest and told that granny about his less interest in studies. Currently, he turns 28 years old even now granny used to tell him to complete his degree so that he can get a job. But he didn’t listen to her.




                                                    Why Health and Nutrition food is essential?



 As the day passed, he came to granny’s agricultural field and was told that he will work in her agricultural field. In the first few years, he learned so sincerely and with more dedication.

On seeing his progress even granny got confidence in him. As she was very old now before taking her last breath, told him to work hard every day without fail even if he becomes rich. 

For the first few months, even he followed the same. Exactly three months while he was digging the ground to make way for proper water flow, he found a massive trunk and it was so big and try to open the box lock with a hammer. With severe difficulty opened the locked and was in shock and lost in thought for a few minutes.

 

Belatedly he shifted all the gold coins, jewelry, and trunk to his house. Grush was so happy and thought it is no required for him to work. Even though he didn’t sell the agricultural land but stopped working. His routine task instantly completely changed and started to eat everyday junk food.

 

Grush became utterly careless about his health thinking that he is youthful and has to enjoy maximum level. He has moved to extent that he never did excise or meditation and any sort of work. 

 

As the day passed he started to experience slight pain in his stomach and he merely thought he would have slept. Most of the time he suffered in pain. But he continues eating more oily food and unhealthy with less vegetable intake.

 

Just after three days as he couldn't bear the pain contacted the doctor. After the examination, the report found that his cholesterol level was too high and even his weight was more than normal people. After an hour of counseling, the doctor found that he has been eating all day unhealthy food, and his intake of vegetables and green veggies less. 

 

The doctor also prescribed him to stop the outside food and to take only green veggies juice and medicine to implement the damage caused due to unhealthy food.

 

Even though he followed for few days but after few months again he started to eat unhealthy. Again after 15 days, he came up with the same complaint but now he is not able to move from his bed.

 

The doctor was aware, he is not doing any physical tasks or taking healthy food. To get back to a traditional lifestyle and to make him healthy. As the doctor was his uncle and being aware of his food habits. Asked him to fulfill his granny words before it was late and repenting at the end. 


Grush in the preceding stage of thought to keep up at least now his granny words thinking he has very little time to leave. The first step toward the change path as he started to cook his meal since all shops were on the outskirts of the village became an advantage. 


Within a year, he became so fit and visited the doctor in angry. Informed him that he is healthy and scolded him for misleading. The doctor smiled and didn't react to anything. This made him even angrier and forced him for a real reason to know immediately.

 

The doctor smiling told me I just gave treatment for my patient, and I’m so happy that medicine worked more than expected analysis.

 

Even though he didn’t understand his words later, felt ashamed of himself and gave all the wealth to needy people and apologize to the doctor for misunderstanding.

 

Moral of the Story: To be healthy both physically and mentally. One should be busy working regularly along with eating healthy veggies is important. Equally the regular interval of a break to refresh.
