THE Magic Words
Evening 4.45 pm Thursday, March 2000 Siri got her daughter Idika's marks card in one helpless hand and the other held on to her hand and walked very slowly toward her car.
She started driving back home. While driving back all the words the dissatisfied management words she recalled. But unaware of what bad happend inside the meeting room by Idika.
As Siri followed a sudden break, Idika asked Mummy are you okay. You seem merely to be overly worried about something . By any case did management gave you bad feedback about me.
Siri: No, no. My child everything is fine. In fact, management informed me you were brilliant there is no necessity of going to school from next academic year.
Idika: Oh for that you got happy tears mommy.
Siri: Definitely My darling
Idika: Mommy why can't we celebrate this day as a joyful day and make it more memorable?
Siri: Undoubtedly will do the celebration at 6.00 PM today.
Siri thought if she is disturbed for an extremely prolonged time Idika might develop doubt and check the letter from the school. She just faked her smile. After the party, it was extremely tired Idika,so slept early.
She exactly prepared the schedule for her from tomorrow so that down the five as she wanted her both academic and non-academic skills. The many quotes on her study room remains as follows.

Siri convinces her by saying she is giving competition with international students, so she has to work hard and complete the task as per the schedule. Though it was a challenging task and Idika’s question was too many.

More than a hundred questions were asked by her on changes in considering patterns. Siri seems to be patient enough to explain and convince her to the track of study. She invariably describes her magical words that you will become the world's best performer.
Many hidden talents help you achieve your goal and make you happy. You will constantly learn from mistakes and never commit the same mistake in life. You have to be more confident to exhibit one's talent that comes only with pratice.
Idika after four-month completely got interested in all the activities mentioned in the time table. Moreover, she became so active in calculation addition. To a greater extent every so often Siri implemented the wrong calculation. Barely engaging in chess, her analytical thinking was also improved and now she received various books to solve the unusual scenarios.
More than anything she learned time management. To check her academic progress inevitably arranged her following book and question bank book to solve. In the present circumstances, she has moved to an expert level of answering. But every time she encouraged her to say she is improving tremendously considerably and in addition offered her feedback that improvement went on wrong things.
Idika every month, she receive letters from Siri about her progress in academics and non-academics. How can she improve unfamiliar things? She can implement it to be better.
Also, she merely mentions one sensitive word about the hidden truth from her, and on achieving her personal goal she will inadvertently reveal the harsh truth. This always made her curious and to work better both academic and non-academic.
The Best thing about Idika is following the rules and frequent practice. Idika's memory was so sharp that she merely used to memorize and write more than hundred-odd things. Idika for this personal reason allegedly participated in the world memory test record and won the Gold Medal.
In the winning speech, Idika told she is very much thankful to her school ,who initially recognized her best and merely gave her the opportunity as an individual. Due to which she could achieve a gold medal. Also, thank her mother for encouraging the same.
Even Siri was asked to speak about how she trained, and the audiences were eager to know the school name. On what criteria they allowed her to work for her skills.
As Siri exposed the truth with tears in her eyes at first even though denied later came and represented her daughter.
Siri: Idika firstly I would praise you for your exceptional achievement even though my support is very minimal compared to your extensive work.
Idika: Shouted Mommy Love you!!

My sweetheart, I'm gone tell you the bitter truth today which we received from your school management fifteen years back saying that you are ineligible to be promoted to next academic year nor the management is ready to retain my girl in school.
I request each parent that there will be uniqueness in each kid. Never underestimate more junior kids' talent nor label them as incapable just because they can't perform in academics. Even though I understand to focus individual attention, their time might have lapsed but the world would miss another precious diamond that is about to shine because of an impatient maker lost shine.
Also encourage them with magic words THE WILL DO IT , THEY CAN DO IT.
